Justin Dauch

Founder

Hey Guys! I’m Justin Dauch, one of the founders of Resolute Roofing. I was raised in a small town in Ohio by my mother and step father who ran a construction company. That is where my passion for roofing began. After high school I joined the Army and was part of the 82nd Airborne Division located near Fayetteville, North Carolina. While stationed at Fort Bragg I continued my passion for the construction industry by purchasing and remodeling rental properties between field operations and deployments. After five years in the military my wife Taylor and I along with our daughter Carsyn moved to south west Florida. After moving to Florida I once again pursued my passion for the construction industry and partnered up with Warren to start Resolute Roofing. Since founding Resolute Roofing Taylor and I have added one more little one to our small family and now have a son named William. My passions outside of Resolute Roofing are spending time with my family, remodeling homes, boating, watching my children play sports, and playing with our dogs. Warren Romig

Founder

Hello, my Name is Warren, I am from Indiana and I have no plans to go back. I love working with our homeowners and making a difference in our community. I have been in the roofing industry for 6 years and enjoy every minute of it. In my free time I enjoy kiteboarding at the beach and cruising down the coast on my boat and swimming with dolphins.

Corey McKinney

Sales Manager

As your Orlando Resolute Roofing Account Manager, I am involved every step of the way from the initial inspection to final installation day. My wife Ashlie and I have two daughters, ages 3 and a newborn. I’m also a head coach at Horizon High School. I love helping and giving back to my community in many ways. It’s important that my neighbors know they can trust me. There’s a good chance we’ll be bumping into each other at school events, Horizon West Block Parties and on Publix runs so it is imperative to me to do exactly what I promise to do. Through my experience in real estate, I learned that roofing is often neglected and can add up to be a big cost if not handled correctly. Helping homeowners by making sure they rightfully get a roof when they need it is who I am.

Kenneth MacDonnald

My name is Kenny MacDonald, I moved down here from Michigan in 2016. I have been in the roofing industry for 3 years. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids. I look forward to helping you with your roofing needs big or small!

David Vigne

Director of Sales

As Director of Operations at Resolute Roofing, I’m responsible for overseeing our daily operations as well as assisting in Business Development. I have lived in SWFL for over 30 years and have always been in some form of construction. I joined the USAF out of high school and moved back home right after. My time in the military has taught me about the core values of life: Honor, Integrity, and Service Before Self. I also spend my free time working around the house and with my family.

Husband, father, overall sports nut. Born and raised in Miami, I moved to SWFL in 2002. It’s true what they say, the left coast is the best Coast!

Derick Vigne

Systems Administrator

Hello, My name is Derick Vigne, I am a Software Engineer with multiple years experience in embedded Linux and autonomous robotics. I've always been passionate about technology spanning as far back as high school where I was able to obtain 18 industry certiﬁcations in the ﬁeld of IT and systems administration. After a year of working as a cyber-security analyst intern, I decided I would like to gain a deeper perspective into the science and engineering of computer hardware and software. I completed my 4 year degree and obtained a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Cyber-Security and Software Engineering at Florida Polytechnic University. Since my graduation, I have worked in the ﬁeld of robotics designing computer vision components, navigation and path planning systems, communication systems, control systems for actuators and motors, user interfaces for human-machine interaction, and much more. Recently I have started my own company, Devstack Solutions LLC, in hopes of bringing Software Engineering, IT, and Systems Archtecture consulting and contracting to the Southwest Florida area. It is my long term goal to obtain my PhD in Computer Science for Operating Systems or Computer Architecture and conduct research in these ﬁelds.

I moved down from Ohio in May 2021, a couple months after Justin and Warren started the company. I was briefly an account manager, before transitioning to the role as Production Manager. Recently, my title has changed to CEO. While not at work, I enjoy spending time with my niece and nephew!

Hi, my name is Andres Ferro I’m from Venezuela (South America), Came to USA in 1995. I have been working in construction since I got here and always in a supervisory role. I am bilingual ( Spanish & English) and is a skill to be working with people in roofing companies because most of the crew are Spanish speaking and make easygoing thru the process of my job.

Samantha Brey

Samantha is a busy mom of 3 who enjoys spreading her time with her family outdoors and connecting with nature. She is originally from PA and relocated to FL 9 years ago with no plans to return. She loves helping our clients and supporting our staff with the process of a roof replacement and insurance claims. Her favorite part of the work day is when our clients leave amazing 5 star reviews explaining their experiences with our staff and roof replacement.

Hi My name is Sydney Sumner. I was born and raised in Central Florida and moved to Fort Myers in 2017 to start school at FGCU. I started at resolute roofing in January 2022 as an Account manager, then moved into the office as an Admin.

My name is Brad Adams, hobbies are fishing, golfing and playing in the pool with our Golden Retriever. I am originally from Virginia Beach and worked in new construction and remodeling for 15 years before I moved to Englewood Florida in 2001. In Florida, I continued working in construction building million-dollar homes on Casey Key. That company started an environmental division dealing with Asbestos and Mold, in which I ran. Later I was hired as a superintendent for a major firm based in Orlando. I supervised jobs ranging from Mold, Asbestos and Lead removal at factories and hotels; and major demolition jobs at Orlando International Airport and SeaWorld. Several years later, I was introduced to Resolute Roofing. I love the quality of work at this company, what they stand for and how they treat people. With my background this was a great fit and that’s why I work for them today and tomorrow!

Frank and Lynda are from the Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, where they owned an interior design studio. What they enjoy most about roofing is meeting new people and helping them through the process of getting a new roof. Both love traveling and visiting past exchange students and being international pet sitters. If you visit the Rotonda West area you'll surely see many homeowners getting new roofs with their yard signs.

Alias - Gramps/Nappy Began knocking doors and selling roofing in 1979. Sold mainly Industrial, and commercial roofing for 3 years in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In 1982 I moved to Ft. Lauderdale to continue my door knocking skills in the residential market (750,000 and counting). I love to see the happy smiles when clients have a new roof on their home protecting their investment. LOVE to play and watch golf plus other sports, go to the beach, as well as enjoy family time. Mark Filipsack

Mark Filipsack has teamed up with Nancy Froistad (see her bio) and they both live in Punta Gorda, Florida. They are thrilled to call it home. He grew up in Syracuse, New York, and graduated with a Computer Science degree. After working for General Electric, programming sonar systems for the US Navy for five years, he decided the office environment was not his happy place and moved to Denver, Colorado. There he has run his own construction business for the last 28 years. Both Nancy and Mark have spent years working with project management, crews and organization. They take pride in detailed follow through and a quality job well done. Sports have always been a huge part of life for both Nancy and Mark. They have each played basketball, tennis, soccer, baseball, volleyball, golf (a work in progress), and their most recent love, Pickleball. They are excited to be working for Resolute Roofing because it is a chance to put their years of work and home maintenance experiences into helping homeowners. Nancy’s father was in the Air Force and her five uncles also served in various branches of the military. Mark’s father was a Marine. This has taught them honesty, honor, integrity, and to take pride in their work. The fact that Resolute Roofing is a veteran owned company is a perfect fit for them.
